When contiplating what kind of Car Dealer software, Rv Software or other Dealer software your company needs think of the below items.
Does the software your looking at integrate to major accounting programs?
Is that integration a true integration or some type of import/export function that does not always give you the flexibility you need?
Does the software have the ability to print and edit the forms you need?
Is there a reasonable cost to the software?
Are the developers experienced in your field of business?
Can you talk and discuss the issues that you need resolved or changed?
Can you demonstrate a full working product prior to purchase?
Are there forms contractors available to help or assist you?
Ask for references preferably in your state or area?
Do not leave it up to a software company to check you local and state laws regarding your business. Please be aware of the contracts, forms and other items you print. Many programs allow a full range of forms this does not mean there set for your state. Example if you install a Florida Contract on our software and you are in California! You can print the Florida form but it probably wont meet your local laws. Make sure what ever software you use to get the forms you need for you local area. | |
