Note to our current users and future users we are only selling 2 copies of our current source code. Carlotmanager will continue its consistent upgrade practices and business managment. Carlot Manager is in no way selling its name or business. We are only a selling 2 copies of our source codes!!
We have decided to share our work. We say share that means we will sell 2 copies of source code for a price. We are not selling Carlot Manager Business only a copy of our source code and supporting items. This is no gimmick it is a reallity we will sell 2 copies. The only question is who are the buyers? We believe there is market share available for others to sell our product under a different name. The items that follow are firm and we only wish firm appreciation of our work and real discussions of these sales. No need to call and ask for payment arrangements. All payments will be paid in full on delivery date of source code. We will allow a 1 week or longer meeting for you and your programmers to meet us in a mutual setting to evaluate our code. On completion there is no recourse on our company for your upgrades, source documentation, source changes etc. Source validation must be done during the meeting. We only will sell this on a AS-IS basis there is no way we can carry responsibility for the code or future changes for this price. Any and all changes requested prior to purchase will be completed upon a 10% non refundable deposit. Now you must be wondering what the price includes.

Basically this is a Turn Key setup that has taken YEARS to make. The ability for you to hire outside programmers is helpful but we can refer some that we know that are capable of modifying, adding, and changing this code.
